Willie Lim has worked in the field of information processing for over 20 years and is currently the technology and solutions manager for Fuji Xerox Singapore. He is a seasoned speaker in the region and has conducted numerous workshops and seminars on knowledge management, document and content management, document capture, business process management and other ECM related subjects. He has extensive experience in document technology providing document consulting on numerous document processing and process improvements projects. He currently manages a team of consultants, software developers, trainers and technical support staff.

Willie is currently leading a Go Green Task team in Fuji Xerox. He trains Go Green champions from various departments on the what, why, how, where, when of going green. He trains the staff on the green processes and green practices and how to leverage on digital technology to reduce paper and energy consumption etc.
